Prepare a banner that players can read
The placement diagrams above show the position, not a screenshot or a guarantee of impressions. Export your artwork at the exact dimensions shown for your chosen placement. Files must be PNG, JPEG, GIF or WebP and no larger than 500 KB.
Keep the server name and main game mode readable at the displayed size. Give players one clear reason to visit, and link to a working page that explains how to join. Avoid small-print claims, rapid flashing and buttons that imitate site controls.
When does the campaign start?
The purchased period starts when the banner is activated after review, not when you upload it. Only one banner is active in each placement at a time. If you need specific dates, contact us before paying to discuss availability.
Will an ad improve my server's ranking?
A banner buys the selected advertising placement. It does not change the organic listing order or guarantee visits, votes or new players. Featured slots and Premium are separate products with their own benefits and billing terms.
What if my artwork needs changes?
Contact us with your order reference and the placement you purchased so we can identify the campaign. Do not include payment credentials. Read the sale terms for payment, cancellation and refund information.
