Earth servers use a world inspired by real geography, sometimes alongside towns, nations or an economy. Map scale, borders and political rules vary widely. Inspect the map and claim system before assuming that a recognizable country is available to settle or control.

What to check on a Earth server
Inspect scale and coverage
Check the actual map, its scale and any omitted areas. Travel distances and available building space depend on the implementation, not simply the Earth label.
Find unclaimed land
A location on a map can already belong to another group. Learn the claims, taxes and inactivity rules before traveling there with building supplies.
Read conflict rules
Wars, sieges and nation borders may be optional, scheduled or restricted. A real-world map does not tell you whether the experience is peaceful or competitive.
Check resource supply
Some maps use separate resource worlds or modified ore generation. Find out how players replace scarce materials without damaging settled areas.

Earth server FAQs
Is the map a perfect copy of Earth?
No accuracy or scale is guaranteed by the tag. Inspect the server’s own map information and screenshots.
Can I claim an entire country?
That depends on land limits, existing claims and political rules. A real-world border does not automatically grant in-game ownership.
Do I have to join a nation?
Some servers allow independent towns or solo play; others structure progression around nations. Read the membership requirements.
Are wars always enabled?
No. Check whether conflict is disabled, opt-in, scheduled or open, and what attackers can actually destroy.
Where do I get resources?
The server may use the Earth map, a resource world or shops. Follow its mining and terrain-protection rules.
Does the map ever reset?
Ask about map resets and claim retention separately. A persistent political system does not guarantee a permanent world.
