What to check on a Lifesteal server
Learn which deaths count
The rules may distinguish player kills from falls, mobs or other damage. Read the exact conditions for losing hearts rather than assuming every death has the same effect.
Check the comeback route
Ask what happens at the minimum health limit and whether revivals, resets or other recovery systems exist. Decide whether that risk fits the time you want to invest.
Compare gear and health access
Find out whether hearts or strong equipment come from crafting, trading, events or purchases. Starting-health protection and limits can matter as much as player population.
Understand teaming rules
Check alliance limits, spawn protection and whether repeated kills of the same player are restricted. Those rules affect how a solo newcomer can progress.

Lifesteal server FAQs
Do I lose a heart every time I die?
Not on every server. Some count only PvP deaths, while others use broader rules. Check the community’s implementation.
What happens when I have no hearts left?
Possible outcomes include a lockout, a ban or a revival process. The server must explain its own minimum-health behavior.
Can hearts be traded?
Only where the server supports it. Check whether hearts become items, how transfers work and what happens if a trade goes wrong.
Can I play Lifesteal without fighting?
You may be able to build or trade, but you still need to understand the PvP risk. Look for explicit safe areas or protected play options.
Is there a maximum number of hearts?
Many implementations use a cap, but the number is a server setting. Do not rely on a limit you saw on another community.
How do seasons affect hearts?
Ask whether a reset changes heart totals, inventories, teams and bans. Persistent purchases may follow a separate policy.
