Parkour servers focus on movement courses, from short beginner routes to long precision challenges. Check checkpoint rules, movement mechanics and leaderboards before choosing a course. Difficulty labels are subjective, so try an introductory route before committing to a long run.

Parkour: gameplay & guides
Watch uninterrupted parkour runs and a Diversity 3 parkour speedrun. Compare precision jumps and longer courses without confusing a scripted parkour story with an actual course run.

Set up a Parkour server
Install parkour plugins such as AJParkour and configure courses. Checkpoint and fail-reset behaviour should be tested in-game.

What to check on a Parkour server
Check checkpoints
Find out whether progress is saved between sessions and whether practice checkpoints invalidate a timed run. A long course without persistent saves needs a different time commitment.
Match movement settings
Sprint behavior, custom jumps and version-specific mechanics can affect routes. Use the recommended client version and read allowed-mod rules before comparing times.
Inspect difficulty and length
Look for course descriptions or a preview area. A short precision map can be harder than a long beginner course, so distance alone is not a useful difficulty measure.
Understand leaderboard rules
Practice mode, skips, assists and shortcuts may disqualify a record. Check what makes a valid run and how suspected timing errors are reported.

Parkour server FAQs
Do I lose progress when I leave?
Only the server’s save system determines that. Test a checkpoint and reconnect before starting a long course.
Can beginners play?
Look for graded courses and practice options. The tag itself does not guarantee tutorials or easy routes.
Are checkpoints always allowed?
They may be part of normal play but restricted in competitive timing. Read the rules for the leaderboard you want to enter.
Can different versions change jumps?
Movement behavior and server settings can affect a course. Use the version recommended by its creator for the intended experience.
Do paid skips count toward records?
That depends on the scoring system. Check whether assists remove a run from competitive rankings.
Can I race friends?
Some servers provide race queues or private courses; others use individual timers. Confirm that everyone can enter the same route.
